Sitebuilder and Plesk CP using SQL Server???

Does anyone have a cheat-sheet for installing Plesk CP and Sitebuilder using a seperate SQL server that is on the network?

I'm about ready to reinstall Plesk CP on a dedicated server as well as install Sitebuilder on a dedicated server.
We also have a dedicated MS SQL 2008 Server. So, we'll basically be going from one machine to three.

If anyone has a 'cheat sheet' would you please upload it or let us know?

Please refer to the following part of installation guide for Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder for Windows:

You should be able to select type of MSSQL access (remote or local) during installation process.
