Sitebuilder backup failing

Guys,

Trying to backup our sitestarter sites, when we do so we get the following error:

Error: Directory for backup does not exist, or is not writable(/usr/local/sitebuilder/backups)

The directory permissions are:

[root@oztec sitebuilder]# ls -l
total 34256
drwxr-xr-x 2 apache apache 4096 Oct 26 11:50 backups

Please let me know if this is correct.

Try to check /usr/local/sitebuilder/htdocs/sites directory. Are permissions the same?
