SiteBuilder button

I have installed site builder.
I have added suitebuilder pack to one of my client. When i acces by using pleask admin panel i can enter to the site but if i use plesk client panel i see a button but it isn't activated.

I checked that on my Plesk 8.3+Sitebuilder 4.2 (hotfix1) installation and it looks good. Does this issue affect only one client or all clients registered in Plesk? Also, could you give me exact instructions which you perform for activating Sitebuilder on Plesk account and domain? I will try to reproduce it on my machine.
