I get this error when I check the box in Plesk 7.6.1 "Create Site BUilder User" under the clients account prefrences...

Warning: sbmng failed: Unknown error 0x80131501 (COM Error 80131501, Description: Server was unable to process request. ---> No user account is associated with the current execution thread) at Unable to add SiteBuilder3 client (user: abilityf)
Unable to add Sitebuilder user

Why is this happening?
