Hello

when i try to access from admin account: Server(left frame) -> Sitebuilder support
i get inactive text field filled with "http://sitebuilder.localhost.localdomain/ServiceFacade" string (should be correct hostname instead)
sb_config --sb_hostname and --sb_host_ip are set to correct values

(OS Linux RHEL5, PLESK 8.3)

It must too late for you, this post is from several months ago, but maybe this answer can help someone else...

You can correct the server name directly in psa database. You must modify the table "SBConfig", and update "URL" field to the correct one.
