SiteBuilder user login error

HI, I am trying to create a new domain with physical hosting under my Plesk and it gives me an error:

"Unable to update hosting preferences: Unable to add site Builder user sbmng failed: Login failed as for user 'sb_user'"

I spend almost two days searching in the net and trying to fix it true IIS, but nothing.

Does anyone know what is wrong?

... I just reinstalled all.

I had this same problem too, after installing the patch for Plesk 7.5.6. It is fixable though: You need to disable Site Builder.

1) Click on Server
2) Click on Components Management
3) Click on Site Builder
4) Select None and click Ok

Now you should be able to create domains without that error
