Sitebuilder user not created thru AWBS

I am provisioning accounts thru the AWBS Billing system, and all seems OK except it does not create a Sitebuilder user and this was one of our main features we were promoting.

Not only that, but I can't seem to add the sitebuilder user after the hosting account is created manually in such a way that it appears in the users CP.

Any help appreciated.

Could you please be more specific in this case? Which way do you use for Sitebuilder user account creation? As I understand you wish it to be done automatically in integration with AWBS, is that right? If so, you can use special Sitebuilder API for this: http://swdn.swsoft.com/en/library/sitebuilder/ -> Integration API Developer's Guide.
Actually, there is no Sitebuilder integration with AWBS. Sitebuilder is integrated with Plesk CP only.
