SiteBuilder v3 compatibles with Version2 templates?

Dear All,

We are currently using SiteBuilder Version 2 with live customers and their customised design templates. If I migrate to SiteBuilder Version 3,
i) Could they still select, use and customise the version 2 templates?
ii) Could they use version 3 to update their version2 websites?
