sitebuilder/webmail subdomain not working

got my plesk server 8.4 up and running on a win 2008 machine.
And i notice that sitebuilder.domain.com and webmail.domain.com returns webadress not found.
but i can use port 8425 and 2006 to access both webmail and sitebuilder
ex http://www.DOMAIN.SE:8425

so of course wennt in and checked the DNS settings in Plesk and it all lookes good...

so what have i forgotten? please help a plesk newbie

Hi,

First make sure that names webmail.domain.com, sitebuilder.domain.com can be resolved and point to your server.

webmail.domain.com: check if webmail component is configured at Plesk > server > components management page

Then check if webmail type is configured at Plesk > domains > domain > mail > preferences page.

sitebuilder.domain.com: check if sitbuilder support is enabled at domain hosting setup page
