Sitebuilder won't leave demo mode

After a messy install, finally got sitebuilder running and key uploaded - but - admin area still shows 'demo mode: functions are disabled'. Sent message to support but no reply yet, guess they're not in any hurry.

Has anyone else got stuck in demo mode like this before? If so, is there a solution?

Already pulled out my hair, so i can't use that one anymore. Fingernails i guess

Can't really help you much. I eventually allowed swsoft to access my server and they sorted it out free of charge. Never did find out what they changed. If you bought sitebuilder recently, then you probably qualify for some free support too.
