SitePreview ok but actual site not

I am using Plesk 8.1
CENTOS 4

I could view the site normal on SitePreview of Plesk but when i visit the site the site is cluttered. How could this be?

This is very odd.
I have upgraded PHP from PHP4 to PHP5.0.4.

Please help.

Oh btw.

I cant view websites in IE.
Have problems viewing it Opera and Firefox.

The odd thing here is some websites are fine, while some websites arent.

Please help.
