Sites does not working and can not reach plesk !

Dear Friends,

I am using windows 2008 server with plesk 8.6 .

I can not reach plesk panel via my desktop computer also i can not reach to sites.

I can only reach plesk panel via localhost(server) by the way i cant reach to sites from localhost also.

There is not any errors.

I dont know what to do ..

Firewall? IP restrictions in IIS? DNS problems?
Try using IP for connection.
