Sites down!!!

Hi

I can't view my sites nor geting the emails only in plesk preview or behind a proxy , i have to use the ip with username to ftp. Some clients are ok but the most are not. i spoke to Godaddy support, they said that there is a problem with DNS resolving and they are working on it. It has been for a week now . Anyone have the same problem? any solution? please the clients are ringing a hole in the wall

Find a better host than godaddy!
