Skins Button Missing

I just upgraded to 10.x of the Plesk Panel. Under Server Management > Settings > Panel Appearance, the button is missing for the skins.
 
I did search prior to posting and I have also read the manuals. The link you posted does not discuss the missing skins button that the manual talks about in order to modify the appearances of the panel.
 
where do you find the docu talking about skins?
there is no skin support in Plesk10.0! skin support will be available with one of the next releases
