Downloading my 184 MB database used to take just a few minutes with MySQL Workbench (compression on) and Plesk's "Export Dump" function. Now it takes 45 minutes. My connection speeds are fine. Memory use is about 50%. I've added my IP to the trusted list.
It started with MySQL WorkBench only, so I started using Plesk for backups. Now Plesk's Export Dump download is also slow. FTP with Filezilla is still fine...the same download takes less than two minutes.
The issue seems to correlate with the most recent update dated 2025-11-26. I'm running AlmaLinux 8.10. Plesk version is 18.0.73 Update 5
