Slow MySQL

Hi, I have a plesk panel 9.5. It runs on windows 2008 64 bits.
From what I have noticed about a month ago very slow in loading MySQL database. I searched all solution but can not find the cause.
I tried to update the PHP, MySQL also, I checked the php.ini and my.ini and do not know where the error may come.

An example of this are slow to load this websites, I will make com joomla and wordpress.

I'm having the same issues. I thought is was server related so I built a new server with a fresh install of Plesk 11, and voila, my sites are still very slow.

It must be plesk related as the same site on another server without plesk runs fast.

I only have 4-5 sites on this server and none of them have much for traffic.
