• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Input Smart Update Feature Far Too Expensive

Mark Bailey

Basic Pleskian
The new Smart Update feature sounds great. I'd love to see it in action but there doesn't seem to be a way to test it without buying.

And the pricing is far, far, far too high to be feasible for many providers. If we have 200-300 sites on a server we'd need the unlimited-domain version, which would cost us $118.80 PER MONTH! That's almost five times what Plesk itself costs us, and it's about the same cost as the VPS itself. I wouldn't expect an add-on to an extension to cost several times what the whole control panel or the server itself costs.

Just my $118.80 worth. :)
