Smartermail upgrade

Hi; I have a dedicated server on CariNet, it's a Windows 2003 server with Plesk 8.2 installed and about 80 domains working.
I want to upgrade the mail server included (mail enable) to SMARTERMAIL
What I want to know if plesk still will be used the same way to create accounts and to administrate all the mail functions
Of course I want the webmail updated too to the SMARTERMAIL interface.
Would it be harmless to the existent domains and accounts to do such upgrade?
Will I have support to do the upgrade?

it shall work

as per release notes SmarterMail 4.2 is supported i guess 4.3 will also work
however webmail support shall need to be checked . am not sure if plesk 8.2 fully supports that.
