• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Resolved smb_apsMetas table empty

John W

Basic Pleskian
Server operating system version
CentOS 7.9.2009
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.68 Update #2
I was trying to update a WP admin password in WP Toolkit, but received the following error:
Unable to update site administrator settings: Unable to find row with id in smb_apsMetas table.

I followed instructions on https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...ble-to-find-row-with-id-in-smb-apsMetas-table and found the error:
8905:6801596452811 DEBUG [dbquery] [89] SQL: SELECT `smb_apsInstances`.* FROM `smb_apsInstances` WHERE (((`smb_apsInstances`.`id` = 214)))

But step four, "SELECT * FROM smb_apsInstances WHERE id=214;" yielded no results.

Out of curiosity, "SELECT * FROM smb_apsInstances" returned:
Empty set (0.00 sec)

Is that normal? How can it be fixed? I ran all the repairs from the GUI to no avail.

Thanks,
John

Hi John!

Have you tried the last 2 steps of the guide? After the statement that says "if the issue persists." That fix should work in cases when it's not possible to find the records to restore. Just make sure you back up the database as instructed in the step 1 of that section.
