Hi

I've got a domain name let's say, www.example.com and I've updated the A server to the IP of my VPS Server, and MX record to mail.myvpsserver.com. I have waited a couple of hours, and I still can't connect to my mailbox, would that mean i need to wait for it to update?

But when i check it on mxtoolbox, apparently i'm having the smtp banner issue and I don't know what exactly it is.

I have been having this issue since I started to use Plesk and the VPS hosting. I just cannot get this to work or find the answer I need to fix this.
