SMTP Error (220): Authentication failed.

I try sending email from roundcube and i get this error SMTP Error (220): Authentication failed.

Am using plesk 12.5.30 on Debian 8.0‬ which shipped with php 5.6 . Please i need help in solving this errors please
 
this mean you have set on relay option with authentication (what is very good to prevent abusing)
try to set your creditentials of your mailboxes when trying to send email to external domains.
