  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

SMTP error: "no route to host"

Hello,

I am trying to setup a new Plesk 8.3 server on Cent OS 5. This is what I am up against:

- From what I can tell sendmail works fine
- SMTP however keeps returning "no route to host" errors
- Port 25 is open, however...
- From my home computer I can "telnet some.mail.server 25" no problem
- From the server "telnet some.mail.server 25" returns the same "no route to host" error

What am I missing?
