Is it possible to set a SMTP mail gateway per Domain?
We sell a hosted Spam solution. You set the DNS MX record to the server ip of the vendor.
There the mails get prefilter and the system sends the good to your mail server.
So the spam don’t get inside your system anymore.
The problem is that many mail server kill mails that come from a mail server that is not in your MX list. But if I put our mail server in this list I get spams again over the entry, because the spammer read out all MX records and send to all IPs.
The solution is to send the outgoing mails also over the mail gateway of the vendor.
But you can only send mails for an domain you pay for.
In exchange I can set a smart host over a domain connector.
Can I set this also in pleask for single domains?
Perhaps on shell level if not over the gui of plesk.
Else I could not provide this spam service to our plesk customers.
