• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

SMTP Inbound Queue on Mailenable Server Stucks at certain hours

vprasad84

New Pleskian
Every few hours or once a day, the SMTP inbound queue of Mailenable server gets stuck & thereby the messages delivery to mailboxes gets stopped & the queue goes on increasing. This is happening atleast 2 times a day & temporary solution so as to fix this issue is to restart the complete server. This also needs a manual monitoring of us at regular interval of hours to check the queue. On looking up the MTA Debug logs we found that the warning message/error is being returned for each mail being delivered to the mailbox. The error is as below.

"ME-MTA-022: Antivirus and other filters were bypassed because you are not licensed to use them. Please run your diagnostic report for more information"

Please note that since we have our filelevel antivirus software (Trend Micro) installed on the server, we are not using any antivirus & so as configured in plesk>components management. We have also excluded the Queues folders of mailenable from the antivirus realtime scanning. We have also installed all the latest hotfixes of Mailenable. Kindly suggest as how to solve this issue.

Try installing the latest build of ME Standard over the top of the existing installation. While the hotfixes USUALLY include all of the functionality of the actual builds, they do not always do so, and one of the recent builds included changes that was not included within the hotfix series'
