SMTP mail is not working after upgrading to 8.0.0

All I know is that mail is not working anymore.. anyone who can tell me where to start looking??.. qmail is running, and everything looks OK, but no mail is beeing sent.. we are running a supportcenter, so this is very bad.. very bad.... half of the functionallity is missing here!!
please tell me where to look!

We have done nothing with our config, and it worked with 7.5.4..
 
I have tuhis problem too.
It's becouse of dr.Web - smtp works fine with dr.Web stopped.
