Hello, We are currently scratching our heads regarding an email issue that we have had since we switched over to a new server. We have purchased the setup below: - Windows 2008 64-bit R2 - Plesk 10.3 We have an exchange server separate to the website server. When we set up the site we disabled the mail service through plesk but if an order confirmation comes through from the site I get the following error: 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable or not local This is however only to emails that have the same domain name, any other domain names and the emails are sent correctly. I'm unsure whether I have missed a setting which deals with the SMTP for email on the domain or whether there needs to be any other type of overwriting code? Any help would be much appreciated. Lee.
