• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi,
I have ME Standard v1.8 on Plesk 7.5.6 and from time to time the SMTP stop sending messages.
The services is not stopped and the messages are stucked in the folder SF\Outgoing.
To solve it manually I stop the services, copy the files outside the folder and restart the server.
The I check the files and always find messages with special characters in the Sender=[SMTP:[email protected]], like this one Sender=[SMTP:cao-{tlier||@MGROUPINC.COM].
After delete this messages I move them to the SF\Outgoing and work fine.
The characters I look for and delete are: | " ' ? { +
Do you know for any fix that solve this?
Thanks in advance.
