Without any log - entries ( mail - logs ) and description HOW you currentlty configured your eMail - accounts, with wich mail - server and configuration - files, limits, spam-protection, and so on, we can only GUESS, what might happen on your server or not and the possibilities are really huge.... so a clear answer wouldn't be possible and any suggestions could be nonsens, because it might not suit your environment. You will find all Linux -Plesk based logs and configurations definitions here:
