Resolved Some emails arriving, some getting bounced back

I've a weird problem. When someone sends me an email, some arrive, but some get bounced back with the following message:

"Siamo spiacenti, non esiste nessun utente con questo nome / Sorry, no user here by that name"

I tested by sending from my Gmail account, sometimes they are delivered (I can check from Webmail), but other time getting bounced back. When I tested from Yahoo, all got bounced back with the same error message.

Any help with this please?

P.S. I'm using Plesk 12.5.30 Update #45 on CentOS Linux 7.2.1511.
