From last 2 days i am getting this Email :

2023-01-26 06:25:22 ERROR: E:The repository 'http://autoinstall.plesk.com/pool/PSA_18.0.39_7558 focal Release' no longer has a Release file.
2023-01-26 06:25:22 ERROR: Exited with returncode 1.

Can any one please help me , how to solve this?

The version of Plesk you're using no long exist. Please upgrade your instance to the latest version. You can do it through the web interface or through CLI.

upgrading plesk give any errors or compatibility issues to websites in the server?

What is the full error that you're getting? You can get the installer logs from one of these 2 locations:

/var/log/plesk/install/autoinstaller3.log
/tmp/autoinstaller3.log
