some websites won't update plugins or themes

Hello Everyone,

I'm having problems with WordPress Toolkit in some websites....

Does not matter how many times I try to install, uninstall, activate, deactivate a plugin using wordpress toolkit it never works, it shows sometimes:

Unable to uninstall theme THEMENAME from WordPress instance #15 ('WEBSITEDOMAIN'): Asset 'THEMENAME' with version '1.3' not found in WordPress instance #15 ('WEBSITEDOMAIN')

Some times it shows a message showing that plugin was installed or remove with success like this:

But it never installs...

I'm on Plesk Obsidian Web Host Edition version 18.0.36

My WordPress Toolkit version is 5.4.5-5176

I also already try to detach website and scan all instances again, but the problem is the same!

Anybody here know how to fix this issue?
