Something really wrong here - after psa 7.5 install, FC3

I finished the install which looked ok, it gave me a success message and started all the services ok. I can start and stop psa from the console. However, when I visit my domain all I get is a page with this on:

Unable to create Session object: Unable to set up default locale: default locale does not exist or undefined. 0: /usr/local/psa/admin/auto_prepend/auth.php3:110 psaerror(string "Unable to create Session object: Unable to set up default locale: default locale does not exist or undefined.")
