sometime xinetd down after nighly updates

I'm experiencing in lots of 11.x instances on debian wheezy that xinetd is not running after the nightly automatic update.

In the systems where I found this i see in the logs:

/var/log/syslog.1:
Apr 8 06:35:47 .... xinetd[21878]: Exiting...


/tmp/plesk_11.5.30_installation.log

**** Product perform-deferred-actions started.

===> Checking for previous installation ... found.
Trying to register service xinetd... update-rc.d: using dependency based boot sequencing
done
Trying to restart service xinetd... Stopping internet superserver: xinetd.
Starting internet superserver: xinetd failed!
done


Ideas?
