Spam Assassin Custom Rule Help

Can somebody post here a very simple spamassassin rule that will do the following…

Give a score of 2
For the word test in the subject field

Then can you tell me where on the Plesk 12 server to place the file for server-wide filtering.

From there I can do what I need.
