• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

SPAM attack seems to freeze e-mails waiting queue

New Pleskian
Hello folks,

I am running the Parallels Panel 11.0.x and recently became victim of a SPAM attack. This means the servers mail queue is full of emails. The e-mails waiting queue shows about ~ 7500 emails. As destination address I can find non existing users like susy_brown@... willy_black@....

Now the question is, how do I get the mais server back to work and separate the SPAM mails from the valid emails.

I already tried to delete some of the SPAM, in the waiting queue, but the response "access rejected".

How should I proceed?

Thanks for your attention.

Hi Little Giant,

txs for your reply. I have upgraded to Parallels Panel 11.5.x. Thus I could flush, using Parallels Panel. It works much better.

Thank you anyway!
