Spam detection alert text

How I can stop spam emails (Plesk 7.5 for Windows)?

We recive spam emails which domains I can't put in black list. Those domains are valid (otenet.gr, ath.forthet.gr).
Those emails allways have different username so I can't write one specific email address in black list .

How I can put some text that appear in email so that SpamAssass will recognise it as spam? Those emails have subjects: Fwhoto, Fw:Sexy,Fw:, Hello

How I can block spam emails, they come with *****spam*** but I don't want my customers receve them at all?

I think it cannot be changed easily...

Manually edit every mailbox spam options to automatically delete incoming spam msgs, instead marking them as *****SPAM*****
