  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Spam Filter Disabled

Dear All,

I am new here.. how do you do!?

I'm having a little problema inside my Plesk 8.2 instalation.

Logged at Plesk Painel as admin, I have enabled the "spam filter management" to a domain, thru the "domain administrator" icon.

Logged as admin I can manage the spam filter just fine, thru the "Mail" button.

But when I am logged as the customer, the "spam filter" feature looks disabled , for all domain mail accounts. This is happening with all domains of this customer.

I just can manage spam filter options as admin, inside the Plesk Panel.... anybody have some tip!?

thanks so much

Hello,
Wellcome to the club.
It is not clear under which user you can not manage spam filter settings but according to your words "This is happening with all domains of this customer" i suspect that you are logging as Plesk Client but not as domain administrator for which you allowed spam settings management.

Set permissions for the client at the following page: Plesk -> Clients -> Client name -> Permissions -> mark "Spam filter management" checkbox
