  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Spam filter sensitivity error in Plesk 10.4.4

Hello,

the spam filter sensitivity settings (eg 6.25) of an e-mail does not work correctly in Plesk 10.4.4. It appears the message '6.25' does not appear to be a float. Only whole numbers like 5, 6, 7, 8, ... be accepted by Plesk. Is this a known bug in Plesk 10.4.x?
Can any of you verify this error and/or has a solution for it?

regards
Tom

Could you please provide more details regarding this issue? Maybe something useful from maillog and other logs, steps-to reproduce, version and platform of your OS, etc. It would be very useful if you fill this template with all necessary details. I will forward it to developers for investigation.

PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE

Plesk 10.4.4 Update #1 on CentOS6 (Linux 2.6.18-028stab092.1) on Virtuozzo Power Panel 4 (build: 4.0.0-371.swsoft)

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION AND STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The spam filter sensitivity settings (eg 6.25) of an e-mail does not work correctly in Plesk 10.4.4. If I click on 'OK' it appears the message '6.25' does not appear to be a float. Only whole numbers like 5, 6, 7, 8, ... be accepted by Plesk.

ACTUAL RESULT

The value '6.25' (or others with a dot within) will not be accepted by Plesk. See error message above.

EXPECTED RESULT

The value '6.25' (or others with a dot within) will be accepted by Plesk.

Thank you for detailed report. I have forwarded it to developers for investigation. I will update this thread with results as soon as I receive them.

Try to replace /usr/local/psa/admin/smb/application/library/Smb/Form/Final/EmailAddress/AntispamTab.php file with attached. Do not forget create backup of original file.
