Spam filter settings hangs Plesk 10.4.4

Does anyone have any idea why the Spam filter settings keeps on loading when accessing it via:

Server Management - Spam filter settings

Or via the customers account and then accessing it.

The page keeps on loading and loading and there's no progress at all.
It can be resolved by physically rebooting the server, then it works for a few hours and then it stops working again.

Windows version: Windows 2008 R2 Standard
Plesk version: 10.4.4 Update #6

Very difficult to determine possible reason without any logs, error messages, related errors in EventViewer, etc. Did you try to find more details?

Well, what log files should we look into for such behavior?

I have checked the event viewer and I cannot find anything there.
Also checked the Plesk\admin\logs files and also no errors there, besides this one (php_error.log):

But don't know if it's related to this issue.

Did you try to update PHP on this server? It can be a reason of these errors.

The problem that I'm having is not a php problem.
When I reboot the server, it works just fine, when the night passes (and most likely some cronjobs from Plesk are running automatically), the same problem occurs.

take a look at server logs, maybe there is a clue... don't know :(

Hello JelleM:

We're having the same issue with one or our Plesk Panel 11.0.9 . How did you solve the problem?
