How can I stop these types of emails from reaching my inbox? They appear to be sent from individuals in India or Pakistan.

Hello, @othmaqsa . There are various tools in Plesk that can help you minimize the amount of spam messages you receive. You can configure server-wide blacklists based on a address/domain name. You can also configure on a per email-basis Spam settings through SpamAssassin and exclude specific addresses.
