• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi,

since upgrading to Plesk 8.1.0 SPAM-Mails are marked as *****SPAM***** correctly, but are not deleted automatically. Even if the checkbox to delete ingoing spam-mails is checked and .qmail-file shows:

| /usr/local/psa/bin/psa-spamc reject
| true
./Maildir/

Any suggestions?

Greetz.

Hello,

Try to ran:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk --with-spam

this will rebuild all your mail settings and if you still have this issue let me know exactly what spamassassin version you are using.

thanks for your advice, but it doesn't dispose the problem described above: mails markes as ****SPAM**** are still delivered to inbox insteaed of being deleted.

i'm using SpamAssassin version 3.0.2, x-spam-tags are correctly included in mail-header. obviously any problems with /usr/local/psa/bin/psa-spamc reject, since spam-mails are NOT rejected from inbox?
