Spam+Quarantine Please i need a help.

Hello, I have installed Greylist, improved rules of spamassassin, and I have few cases of Spam, but I continue receiving hundreds of messages with subject noticeable **** Spam ****, seems that it continues bothering equal, so I need to obtain that the messages that are Spam, move to a folder of different.
One Quarantine folder,

Please i need help with that,
