• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Spam Tab Missing For Individual Email Accounts (Blacklist, Whitelist) 11.5.4

New Pleskian
I just recently moved to a new server that has the following software on it:

Parallels Plesk Panel v11.0.9_build110120608.16 os_CentOS 6

Previously I was using Parallels Plesk Panel version 9.5.4 and I'm wondering where the Spam filter "Blacklist" and "Whitelist" settings have disappeared to for individual email accounts.

In the instructions it mentions: Domains > domain > Mail > email-account > Spam (tab)

The Spam tab does not appear and I cannot figure out how to turn it on. Permissions for the domain are set so "Spam filter management" is ON. I'm logged into the panel with the administrator account.

The tabs that are visible on the email account page are: "General", "Forwarding", "E-mail Aliases", "Auto-Reply", "Antivirus"

I'd appreciate any help anyone might be able to provide.

Looks like that you have not Spamassassin component installed.
Just install it and Spam tab will be visible.
