spamassasin , light is on and no one home

hi,

i have spamassasin service on in my plesk control panel , it was working and now its on but it is not scanning any emails , the spam db seams to work .

I have fedora core 3 .

I think this happend when i move 1 domain from 1 server to an other , but not only the 1 domain is not work , its on all of the server.

Any ideas.
