• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

SpamAssassin and Godaddy problems

I had Godaddy add the Plesk pack with SpamAssassin and so far - I can't determine if it is actually working.

In the server/services/spam filer - everything is checked and turned on.

In the domain/services/mail/username/Spam filter - everything is turned on.

But I can't find anywhere to "train" Spamassasin. The options just aren't there - unless I am looking in the wrong place?

I have also added more rules from
http://www.rulesemporium.com/rules.htm

But so far - no emails on any domain - on any user account - have been tagged as spam.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
This is Godaddy - dedicated server with plesk 7.5.4
