spamassassin and mailenable

How does spamassassin integrate with mailenable and how would you know if it is all working? is there a way to test it, it seems as though all the inboxes are getting fulll of spam and not sure why..

Spamassassin is integrated with Plesk and (i think) service name is Plesk POP Pass service.

When installing Plesk 8.2 I also found out that spamassassin did not work.
