Spamassassin doesnt delete spam mails anymore

Hello.

Some of our customers complaining about to much spam mails in their mailboxes (subject: *****SPAM*****).
The spamassassin works good on detecting spam mails, but it doesnt delete the mails - marked as spam - anymore.
I already tried to disable and reenable the delete-feature, but no change.
I found a tip here: http://www.pleskforge.net/index.php/Plesk_9_Bug_tracker
It recommends to rebuild the email account configuration, but that doesnt work for me too.

Any solutions?

Same problem here with opensuse 11.0 and plesk panel 9.0.1.
