• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

SpamAssassin doesn't see any mail

Hi I hope some can help me with this strange problem.

I have SpamAssassin installed and enabled for every mailbox but it doesn't work. When I click on the Training button it tells me the following:

Messages learned: 0 as spam, 0 as non-spam, 0 total.

Yet there are tons of messages in my mailbox! But they never show up under SpamAssassin and no mail ever gets marked as spam. This used to work at some point, but it doesn't anymore. I'm not sure why.

Could anyone point me in the right direction to try to troubleshoot this problem? I'd like to get spam filtering working again.

wellisch; did you enable spamassassin for the specific mailboxes?
