SpamAssassin in email control panel

ewhitecap

New Pleskian
I've ordered and it was installed, SpamAssassin.

The Spam filter icon is grayed-out at the email user level. I'd like email users to be able to train SA from their control panel as I can for them in the Admin panel.

Can anyone tell me how I can turn SA on at the email user level in Plesk?

Thanks,

When you say "E-mail User Level" do mean that the user logs in as an e-mail user rather than a domain administrator?

If so I don't believe the "E-mail User" has that option. I am pretty sure that only the admin or domain administrator can control this feature, among others as well.

Thanks for your reply. I was aware administrators can control the spam filter. I'd hoped that email users could too.

The filter seems to have gotten a lot smarter since I originally posted, so I guess it's not as much an issue as I thought it would be.
