• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Spamassassin mark as spam internal messages

Hi, I have problems with spamassassin in email between domains in the same server.
It ranks very high the emails!
Look this example of a simple test email:

Feb 17 22:37:54 pepe spamd[4905]: spamd: clean message (6.2/7.0) for [email protected]:110 in 0.2 seconds, 6977 bytes.
Feb 17 22:37:54 pepe spamd[4905]: spamd: result: . 6 - BAYES_00,FH_HOST_EQ_DYNAMICIP,HTML_MESSAGE,RCVD_IN_PBL,RCVD_IN_SORBS_DUL,RDNS_DYNAMIC,SPF_NEUTRAL,TVD_SPACE_RATIO scantime=0.2,size=6977,[email protected],uid=110,required_score=7.0,rhost=localhost,raddr=127.0.0.1,rport=/tmp/spamd_full.sock,mid=<[email protected]>,bayes=0.000000,autolearn=no

Why is that? how can I avoid to scan internal emails between my sites or how can I make some rule or config to set a -100 or something like that to the internal emails?

Thanks!

I already fix the problem with 2010 year bug..... this is not the problem :(

Hello,

Here happens the same. Messages sent NOT from the webmail, but using SMTP are labelled as SPAM. The "main" tag for labelling the message as spam is "FH_HOST_EQ_DYNAMICIP".

Of course it's a closed relay, no idea what to do.

Any idea?
